Ticketing Policy

Purchasing Policy:
Individual concert tickets and season subscriptions may be purchased in a variety of ways.

  • Directly from choir members
  • Phone-in orders -- make a request via 800-838-3006
  • Online orders -- Individual Tickets & Season Tickets
  • At the door

All tickets must be paid for at time of purchase. Season subscriptions are available from the start of the season until the end of the first performance. Advance tickets are generally available online or by phone up to 24-48 hours prior to showtime. If tickets are purchased via mail, phone or online more than two weeks in advance of the performance, the tickets will be mailed to you; otherwise, these tickets will be held for you at "Will Call". "Will Call" tickets are available for pick-up at the venue at the time of the performance.

Refund Policy:
All ticket sales are final. Ticket refunds will not be issued unless a performance is cancelled. In the event of a performance cancellation, the face value of the ticket will be refunded upon request; shipping and handling fees cannot be refunded. Alternatively, ticket holders for a cancelled concert may exchange their tickets for a future concert. Exchanges must be of equal value or the buyer must pay the difference for an exchange to a higher priced ticket; exchanges for tickets of a lesser value are not eligible for a refund of the difference. If a performance takes place despite weather conditions or other extraordinary circumstances, the Bucks County Choral Society will not issue refunds to patrons who do not attend the performance.

If a refund is owed to a patron due to our error (e.g. a patron was over-charged for a ticket, charged twice for a ticket, or some similar error) then a refund will be made in a timely fashion, typically within 1 week. However, if there is an impending performance, refunds may be delayed. In particular, there will be no refunds issued for any reason within 72 hours of a concert performance.

Cancellation Policy:
If a performance is to be cancelled due to weather conditions or other extraordinary circumstances, the website will be updated and the media will be notified. Patrons can also call 215-230-3836 to check if a performance has been cancelled.

Sold-Out Policy:
If a performance is determined to be sold out, the website will be updated and the media will be notified. Patrons can also call 215-230-3836 to check if there are seats available for a performance. Additionally, signs will be posted in the parking lots, at the venue entrances, and at the ticketing table advertising that the performance is sold out.

If a performance is sold out, the Bucks County Choral Society may opt to create an on-site, real time, first come, first served waiting list at the venue. Concertgoers who are placed on this list may purchase tickets for any open seats that remain at or after the start time of the performance. If the venue allows, the Bucks County Choral Society may make arrangements for additional seating in the lobby or vestibule. These additional seats may be purchased at any time for a reduced price.
