Bucks County Choral Society begins its 37th concert season with the addition of four newly elected members to its Board of Directors. "These four men bring an array of talents and business experience that will strengthen our mission during the three years of their tenure", said BCCS Chairman of the Board, Russ Durbin.
Dr. Jason Gersh of Newtown, Senior Financial Analyst for Drexel University, has been assigned to the Finance and Communications committees. Dr. Michael Noland recently retired from Exxon Corporation where he was Director of Strategic Planning of Corporate Research. Noland has been assigned to the committee on Fund Raising and Development. Noland resides in Doylestown. A Research Fellow with Bristol-Myers Squibb and a resident of Newtown, Dr. Oliver Flint is choir vice-president and chairs the Communications Committee; responsible for the weekly publication of Stay Tuned, the Choral Society’s members newsletter. Mr. Whitney, who resides in Solebury, is a former Bucks County health department official and currently consults with several health organizations. He will chair the newly formed Performance Arts Advocacy Committee.
