BCCS begins the celebration of its 35
th anniversary year on October 20, 2007 with a program of Bucks County Choral Society favorites drawn from throughout the decades and chosen by BCCS audience members, alumni, and current singers. BCCS favorites include music by Orff, Thompson, Rachmaninoff, Ellington, Brahms, Durufle, Mendelssohn, Verdi, and Bernstein, to name a few. Choral Society alumni will be joining the current choir for this program, and celebratory events leading up to the evening will include an afternoon rehearsal for current members and alumni alike, and a pre-concert reunion dinner, followed by the performance.
