Tickets are $24 in advance, $29 at the door ( $10 for students ).

Settings of the Latin Requiem often exert a strong pull on us not because they bring sadness, but because of the music’s cathartic power to lead us to hope and reassurance in an often frightening world. For our opening concert, we have paired two requiems, one very old and familiar (the beloved Mozart Requiem) and one very new, related directly to a recent tragedy (A Child’s Requiem by Steven Sametz). We will be joined by soprano Clara Rottsolk, tenor David Vanderwal, the Princeton Girlchoir, and the Riverside Symphonia. This concert is part of our community partnership, "Healthy Families, Healthy Communities," with Network of Victim Assistance (NOVA).

As always, audience members will be invited to join in singing some favorite holiday songs.
